It was a special day for all who attended the Baptism of Alex, Olga and Vera Golikova. I am thankful I was able to attend.
"Baptism is the dedication to discipleship. I have made up my mind to live completely for Jesus Christ, He has become my Teacher and I His pupil. The old life of sin I have forsaken. That is buried and said farewell to in baptism. The intention is that now the flesh shall no longer rule over me, but that I shall be led by the Spirit. Paul says in Colossians 2, 12: "Buried with Him in baptism, wherein also ye are arisen with Him through faith in God's power, He who raised Him from the dead."
