Maine's Penobscot River Fishing Trip

| | Comments (0)

Here is a blast from the past. In the summer of 2002 I took memorable fishing trip with my brothers to the great north woods of Maine to the famed West branch of the Penobscot river. We set up camp on the Big Eddy, a world-famous landlocked salmon fishing pool.

This is Thoreau country—the setting for the two journeys described in Henry David Thoreau’s The Maine Woods.
